rode 28 miles in 2 hours and 30 minutes

Saturday a.m. fixed Cross ride to FP with Nick. Took a wrong turn looking for FL5 but figured it out. Did the FL5 freewheel and rode home. Beautiful day! Need more tech & miles but good recovery. 04/14/2008
