Very pleasant trip with Jeff out Marine Drive and up and over the hills to Multnomah Falls and the new tunnel beyond. Too sore yesterday, but felt pretty right after a day off.

It's January 27 and we have not had frost in Portland in 2010 - weird. Close this morning, though. Passed westbound in Rockwood by a mystery rider who set a mighty pace. I stayed on him. Barely.

That was pretty much a suffer-fest. Cold & wet and never warmed up the whole ride. Brakes giving me fits, and this evening I find the waterlogged front hub is toast. Grrr.
