rode 21.6 miles in 2 hours and 5 minutes

My boss gave us the day off and my wife was motivated again, so we did one lap of the Harlem Valley Rail Trail (Amenia,NY). Slightly boring, but not having to dodge cars is pleasant. 08/29/2008
