rode 24 miles in 1 hour and 15 minutes

Group ride at lunch -- small, four guys. Shelled the fixie and a dude who went hard yesterday. Just about shelled myself. Wanted to hammer but almost didn't have the will. I've ridden twice this week. 03/20/2008
