2005 Fuji Roubaix, Shimano 105 shifters & derailleurs, Truvativ triple crank, Reynolds carbon fork (I switched to 43 from 45 rake to make cornering more sensitive), Sram cogset, Ultegra chain, Maxis wheelset wrapped in Continentals, Speedplay Light Action pedals, Ritchie headset & Bars.

Maruishi RX-5 conversion. Nitto bullhorns, Brooks B-17 seat, Original bb with only the inner 40t chainring, SPD pedals, hand made 32 spoke wheels, CycloX front brake with original brake caliper. Photos are before some of the gear above was added.
