rode 16 miles in 1 hour and 5 minutes

Got up early to ride my loop around Waltham. Oveall had a good ride. I am starting to feel a bit better on the hills. I am hoping to be able to get to a 16 mph avg. by the E/O August on this loop. 08/07/2008
